All products that have sold out throughout the course of the week will be restocked every Monday 9 AM CT.

Shipping

Bella Noir ships domestically within the U.S using priority mail and now Internationally as well.  

 **Most Ingredients for product formulations are not kept “In-House,“ due to all products being made-to-order. Also, in an effort to ensure that customers receive the freshest and highest concentration of the benefits that natural ingredients has to offer, as well as, an extended product shelf life. Because some of the ingredients have to be received from overseas, there is a shipping schedule to ensure that product quality maintains and that shipping times are realistic for such a process yet consistent<3

Orders made Monday- Wednesday will be shipped out that Saturday. Orders made Thursday- Sunday will be shipped the following Wednesday (please allow an extra day for processing during holidays). You will be notified if a product you have ordered is on backorder and therefore the ship out time is set to potentially take longer than usual. If a product ordered is being requested before the usual ship out time please feel free to email contact@bellanoirbrand.com, we can not promise we will be able to honor the request but we will try our best accommodate your needs.

Bella Noir now offers an extra protected shipping option, which ensures that the contents in your order are sent just that much more secure and protected for its travels during the shipping process. This option is best for any one who doesn’t mind paying a bit extra in order to ensure that your package arrives without damage. Also, anyone who places a large order of more than 5 items, or an order that contains glass (most of our skincare products, especially the masks). This is an added shipping option to provide customers the ability to guarantee safer arrivals for their orders every time. If you chose to use the normal shipping option and your package arrives damaged, you are still more than welcome to send an email to contact@bellanoirbrand.com to have those items replaced.
